The bouquet of coffee, chocolate and leather in La Part des Biches Cahors AOC shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The distinctive nuances of black cherry, plum and raspberry create their individual texture. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, a massive body and distinctive acidity, this red wine shows its masterly texture. This top wine received the award: Decanter: 90/100, Gerstl: 17/20.
