About the wine
Castiglione Falletto is a small village in the middle of the best wine-growing areas in the Langhe. The Vietti family winery is located right next to Castiglione Castle. Luca Currado and Mario Cordero have expanded their cellar and brought it up to date with the latest technology. Luca, the graduate oenologist, gained experience at renowned wineries such as Mouton-Rothschild and Opus One. In addition to the classic wines Barbaresco, Barbera d`Alba, Barbera d`Asti, Moscato d`Asti and Arneis, the Barolo vineyards of Rocche, Brunate, Lazzarito and Villero are grown with great success.

Tasting note
Just like his famous Baroli, Luca Currado cultivates the Nebbiolo Perbacco It comes from the same vineyards with the low yields, but from the younger vines.
