Tasting note

The nose is characterized by dark, ripe cherries and laurels. In Mouth powerful with aromas of blueberries, black pepper and dense, silky structure. After 15 months in 300l wooden barrel, it presents itself with an excellent expressive mouthfill.

Culinary recommendation

Goes well with hearty lamb or beef dishes. Also for It proves to be a suitable companion for pot roast.
