About the wine

Bio
Tasting note
Under its seductive golden color, there are rich notes of cedarwood and wild fennel. The brightness and freshness of pineapple and pear, which come from the Faugères terroir, give this cuvée a crunchy, slightly spicy finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with light meals, as an aperitif, antipasto, fish or fondue.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed directly and fermented in stainless steel to preserve their fruitiness. The wine then matures on fine lees for seven months, which gives it excellent depth and richness.
