Tasting note
Fine, multi-layered nose pattern with distinct aromas of citrus, yellow fruits and fine yeast notes, mineral-spicy underlaid with notes of moist gravel, chalk, fresh lemongrass and a subtle wood touch. Clear, ripe Chardonnay fruit on the palate, gripping with crisp, delicately chalky-mineral acid nerve and elegant perlage. ONLY 4050 BOTTLES FILLED!
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful accompaniment to poached fish, lemon risotto with fried prawns. Also to (goats) - cream cheese.
