Tasting note
Ruby red with garnet tones. Generous bouquet with aromas of plums, black cherries and dried fruits, light vanilla notes. A wine of remarkable structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats, grilled dishes and rich stews.
Vinification
Aging for 6/8 months in large French oak barrels and then in stainless steel tanks.
