Tasting note
Ruby red color. On the nose, notes of dark cherries, blackberries, tobacco and dark chocolate. Complex on the palate with lovely roasted aromas and cherries. The finish is easy with good balance. Goes well with dark meat!
Culinary recommendation
The strong aroma of lamb — whether braised, grilled or fried — requires a powerhouse with character. We recommend the Super Tuscan Majori from Bulichella.
