Tasting note
Wonderful burgundy red in the glass. Expressive style, great fruitiness and a slight spiciness in the bouquet. Soft, pleasant tannins and a good palate. Beautiful berry fruit on the palate and a fruity-aromatic finish.
Vinification
Winemaker Robert Eden is strongly committed to sustainable agriculture. He is considered a pioneer in southern France for organic and biodynamic wines. Strict selection of the grapes and vinification and aging in steel tanks are used for this Merlot-Cabernet. The wine is produced vegan.
