About the wine
Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Chardonnay 2018 — Meursault AC! The loamy, calcareous soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Chardonnay. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Louis Latour knows how to use them and delights us with this white wine. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with asparagus or poultry.

Tasting note
In the nose, aromas of exotic fruits and vanilla are released. On the palate, these aromas are enhanced by honey notes. A powerful wine with a very nice length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, seafood.
Vinification
The Chardonnay vines, which are on average 25 years old, are fermented in oak barrels. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation. They mature in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months, 15% of which consist of new wood.
