Mores Langhe DOC 2020 - Azienda Vitivinicola Comm. G.B. Burlotto

About the wine

G.B. Burlotto, the founder of the winery, is a father of Barolo and a pioneer of Piedmont. As early as the 19th century, following the great example of Burgundy, he uncompromisingly produced wines of the highest quality from individual privileged locations and bottled them unthinkably back then. For several years now, the small winery (11ha) with its classic and feminine Baroli, as well as the finesse Barbera, Langhe and the rare Pelaverga, you won't find a better one again and is literally overwhelmed with praise and awards. However, the pricing has remained very modest for all of this.

Tasting note
Ronja Robber's Daughter - he has a lot of passion and a dark temperament, very beautiful in this soft, feminine wild way, natural elegance, clear, intense, dark yet soft berry fruit, ethereal freshness, lots of undergrowth, and ash, sometimes sweet affection, a touch of coconut, painting, wild aromas, very intense and leads you far into the dark forest. Dark on the palate, passionate intensity, dense, dark berry fruit, wild beauty and power, has something offensive, literally jumps on the palate, succinct freshness and tannins, lots of tart dark freshness, ends slightly tart, bitter and on the dark fruit. Wild and enchanting, very fascinating and stimulating.
