About the wine
It is not easy to find an outstanding Primitivo. We've been searching intensively for a whole year and try until we finally find what we're looking for. The Onoro O is pressed from grapes from old vines those in the most traditional growing areas of Torricella and Manduria grow. Tasting note

Vinification
After manual harvesting or selective mechanical harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the fruity aromas and at the same time enables optimal extraction of color and structure from the skins. During fermentation, the pomace hat is regularly reassembled or removed to achieve maximum intensity and complexity. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, which gives it a velvety, round texture. It then matures in oak barrels for several months, giving it additional depth, fine roasted aromas and a harmonious tannin structure.
