Tasting note

Heart cherries in the scent and lots of black cherry on the palate, pleasant fruit, bitter chocolate, cedarwood, very complex and elegant. Very long aftertaste with recurring fruit.

Unsere Empfehlung: Die ideale Trinktemperatur für den Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 18°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: 6 Jahre.

Vinification

Grapes chilled overnight are slowly fermented in traditional lagars for up to 15 days. Extremely gentle on the berry, as no pumps are used and the seeds and berry skins are not mechanically stressed as a result.
