Goes well with aperitif, vegetable casserole, chicken, roast pork, salmon in the oven and Asian dishes.

The vines stand on a slightly colder soil and thus give the grapes the necessary spice and density they need for the later wine. The grapes are carefully harvested and then left on the mash to extract more color and fruit. Then gently fermented with a long maceration period. This gives the wine a particularly dense and dark color, more than a normal Zweigelt.
