About the wine

Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate brightening of the edges. Fine cassis and black berry fruit, a hint of licorice, hints of figs, a hint of nougat. Complex, full-bodied, dark fruit, present tannins, delicate Valrhona chocolate, very good length, fine spicy nuances, safe ripening potential, dark minerality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat with strong sauces, grilled meats & game fowl, pasta & risotto dishes, soft and hard cheeses.
