About the wine
A wine of great origin, strength and purity, which is reminiscent of the old “Brisats” white wines that were produced in this region and are now known as skin-contact or orange wines.
Tasting note
A fine and delicate vintage. Fresh cut roses, jasmine and orange blossoms. In the mouth, the wine is wide and large with nice acidity that gives it verticality, with salty notes that transport us to the nearby and present coastal sea.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with soft cheese, Mediterranean fish, bluefin tuna, seafood, vegetable and seafood paellas, baked white meat.
Vinification
Craftsmanship, contact with must and skins, fermentation with local yeasts, no acidity correction, no settling, no enzymes. Macerations: 2-3 times a day with small massages. Fermentation tank: Juan Padilla amphoras with a capacity of 220, 250 and 350 liters of yeast species: Indigenous, all our wines are fermented with local yeasts. Primary fermentation: 8-10 days.
