About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the first-class Quinta do Seival, which was produced in 2015. The wine-growing regions of the Brazilian winery Miolo stretch across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine.
Tasting note
The nose reveals a ripe berry fruit that reminds us of cassis. Spice aromas and subtle, herbal notes are added. The bouquet is intense and complex. The tannins are velvety soft on the palate, and the fruit acid supports this full-bodied wine. The finale is long, powerful and pleasing right away.

Charcuterie, rabbit, beef, vegetable pate
Vinification
Aged for twelve months in barrique (American oak), then bottled without filtration and matured in it for a few months
