Tasting note

Intense aromas of ripe, bright fruits. Structured and creamy on the palate, it combines notes of red berries and peaches with a brioche background.

Culinary recommendation

Goes well with seafood, tuna or salmon dishes. Perfect with paté, hard cheese and braised or roasted white meats.

Vinification

Using the traditional champagne method, second fermentation in the bottle. Stored on yeast for at least 24 months.
