Tasting note

The 2019 vintage is characterised by a deep ruby red colour. On the nose, a complex bouquet of ripe blackcurrants, blackberries and subtle notes of spices and tobacco unfolds. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with well-structured tannins, balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Culinary recommendation

This wine goes well with grilled or braised beef, lamb dishes, game, aged cheese and truffle dishes.

Vinification

The grapes are carefully picked and fermented by hand. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months.
