Tasting note
Cherry red, medium to high density. On the nose, fruity aromas of blackcurrants and strawberry compote with spicy and roasted notes. Pleasant on the palate with fine, well-integrated tannins, precise volume and, thanks to its lively acidity, freshness in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal for rice dishes with vegetables, red meat, rich fish dishes and semi-cured cheeses.
Vinification
At least 12 months in 90% French and 10% American oak barrels and then 12 months in bottle.
