Grand Lemar is an impressive and concentrated rosé wine with delicate peach aromas followed by a creamy, spicy finish with mineral notes
Vinification
Harvest early in the morning. Selection from a single vineyard with 60-year-old Cannonau and Vermentino vines. The Vermentino undergoes four months of fermentation in low-toasted French oak barrels.
