About the wine
The winemaker Christoph Edelbauer produces unique wines in the middle of the enchanting Kamptal valley, which are characterized by traditional craftsmanship and a keen sense for nature. As you'd expect from a nature-boy, this rosé is neither cheesy nor too playful. It impresses with its perfect balance and subtle, beautiful aroma. Great food companion!

Culinary recommendation
The perfect companion for light summer dishes, seafood, salads or antipasti. It is also an excellent choice solo as a refreshing aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve the fresh fruit and lively acidity. It is then aged briefly on the fine yeast to give the wine additional melting and elegance.
