About the wine

Tasting note
Sangiovese with an intense red color and a persistent aroma rich in red fruits, blackberry jam and spicy notes, full and concentrated on the palate with soft tannins and a good balance between sweetness and body.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game dishes, fried meat and well-aged cheeses and is also ideal as a meditation wine.
Vinification
We obtained this wine by carefully harvesting the grapes by hand and placing them in small boxes. Here they are dried slowly to further concentrate their wealth. Careful vinification and aging provide a wine that is rich in color, aromas and smoothness.
