About the wine
Predappio is a small village in the heart of Emilia Romagna between the Appennine mountains and the Adriatic Sea. At a time when everything has to get faster and faster, Condé has decided to take a step back, slow down and give time to the Sangiovese grapes. Thanks to the possibility of long maturation in the cellar, the winery can present wines that have achieved optimal maturation in the bottle. This wine is proof of the great quality of the long-lasting wines from the unique terroir.

Tasting note
Intense and brilliant red color. Nose: Fresh fruity and floral aromas. On the palate: soft tannins and a pleasant long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta, lasagna, meat dishes
Vinification
Hand picking, fermentation in steel tanks with native yeasts. Pump-over and délestage are the processes used during winemaking to extract the noble compounds of the berries. 5% of the grapes undergo carbonic acid maceration to obtain a product with greater freshness.
