Tasting note
Straw yellow robe with green accents. Intense bouquet with light citrus notes paired with floral aromas reminiscent of roses. Full-bodied and slightly sweet on the palate.

It goes well with rice dishes, seafood, fish, light salads or as an aperitif.
Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Gesund und optimal ausgereift wird ab September der Muscat geernet und exakt wie ein klassischer Torres-Weißwein vinifiziert: Strenge Aussortierung, vollständige Entrappung gefolgt von Mahlung in der Presse. Es folgt eine rund zweiwöchige Vergärung des Mosts im Edelstahltank bei kontrollierten Temperaturen von 14-16 °C. Danach wird dem Weißwein behutsam der Alkohol entzogen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Wein-Getränk mit prallem Rebsortenaroma, allen natürlichen Vitaminen, Antioxidantien, Mineralstoffen - nur ohne (< 0,03 %) Alkohol
