Hardly any other winery in southern Styria is as linked to a location as the Sattlerhof with the Kranachberg location and its limestone soils and old vineyards. On the nose, the wine is still somewhat closed and slightly reductive at the moment. In the mouth and on the palate, however, you already get a glimpse of the future. A wonderful structure with ripe but fresh phenols and an elegant fruit. The acidity carries the wine on the palate and makes it very long and incredibly mineral. A long-distance runner.
