About the wine
Not a pig this time, but a cow from former butcher Johann Schwarz: a cow vée. Great everyday wine that goes well with every piece of meat and should not be missing when grilling.

Tasting note
Dark red color with aromas of currants, cassis and black cherries. There are also light roasted aromas.
Vinification
A blend of 70% Zweigelt and 30% Blaufränkisch, which was aged in used barriques for 12 months.
