The name Kaiken goes back to the Patagonian wild goose, which is called Keiken by the local Mapuche Indians. The house's exclusive wines are as dynamic, wild and free as their namesake: honest character, personality, elegance and expression. Aurelio Montes, the pioneer of carefully crafted wines in Argentina, owns over 100-year-old vineyards that produce the best quality; Kaiken has received the best ratings since the first vintage. All Kaiken wines are aged in French oak barrels, which rounds off the aroma spectrum.
