How can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been completed, you can no longer change or cancel it yourself. However, we will gladly accept your changes by phone, email or via our live chat (bottom right of the page).

I have not received an invoice, what now?

We send the invoice with the wine delivery. On the relevant box you will find a sticker with the inscription «Contains documents». If the invoice is not included, you are welcome to contact us and we will send you the invoice either by mail or e-mail. If you have entered a differing billing address, we will automatically send you the invoice by e-mail.

Where can I get an overview of my orders?

Under the tab «My orders» in your customer account there is a list of all orders. On the right side you can see the status of your orders. If you click on an order, you will get to the detailed overview. If you do not have a customer account, it is unfortunately not possible to view your orders.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, there are a few wines that can only be ordered in certain sizes (e.g. 6 or 12 bottles). We try to offer you as many wines as possible as single bottles. Click here for the single bottle assortment.

We already deliver free of postage from CHF 99.00. For an order value of less than CHF 99.00, postage costs of CHF 9.90 will be charged.

How can I order?

You can order directly online in our Flaschenpost store. Of course we are also happy to take your order via phone, email or via our live chat (bottom right of the page).
