How can I pay for my order?

We offer the following payment methods:

My payment failed – what should I do?

Your transfer could not be executed or your payment was declined?

  • For payments by credit card: You cannot proceed past the payment page? Please verify the credit card information you entered and try again.

  • For payments by invoice: Was the transferred amount returned to you? If so, please make the transfer again, paying close attention to the bank details (in particular, the reference number).

What are your payment deadlines?
  • Payment by invoice: The full amount must be paid within 30 days after the date of the order.

  • Payment by credit card: A pre-authorization for the amount is made, but your card is only charged once the order has been shipped.

  • Prepayment: Please wire the full amount within 30 days to the following bank account:

Do you allow for payments by invoice?

Yes, but only after running a credit check with our partner CRIF AG. If your address has changed, then your credit check is likely to fail. If you have a new address, please contact our customer service.

I have not received a bill – what should I do?

We will send a bill along with your wine delivery. The box will have a sticker on it that says «Contains Documents». If the bill is not in the box, please contact us, and we will send you the bill by mail or email it to you. If the billinig address you entered is different from the shipping address, we will automatically send you the invoice by email.

Is this a secure payment?

To protect your personal data, our website uses a highly secure SSL standard. We also use 3D-Secure to prevent the fraudulent use of credit card information. We process all payments using Datatrans, a well-known payment service provider in Switzerland that is certified at the highest PCI standard for data security.

How do I pay using the QR code?

Starting in April 2022, QR-billing will replace our red and orange payment slips. This is being done as part of a nationwide transition planned for September 2022.

The QR bill works in much the same way as the payment slip did. There are three possible ways to pay the QR bill:

  • Via Mobile Banking

    Open your mobile banking app on your smartphone, scan the Swiss QR code with the QR reader function, then tap to make a payment.

  • Via Online Banking

Open your bank's website, scan the Swiss QR code with the QR reader or the camera on your PC, then click to make a payment. It is still possible to type in your payment information when paying the QR bill.

  • At the Counter

Pay at the counter at the post office, at a payment machine, or with a payment order in an envelope at the bank.
