Credit card: we'll transfer the amount back to your credit card.
Payments by invoice: please provide your bank details and we'll refund the amount immediately.
Twint: we'll refund the amount via Twint.
The bottle(s) must be sealed with a cork and packed in a cardboard box. Our carrier will come and pick up your return. Please place the box directly in front of your front door so the carrier has no trouble seeing it. You do not have to be at home. We will contact you as soon as we have received and inspected your return.
Pickup dates are arranged directly with our customer service. Unfortunately, we cannot offer specific times. Our carrier will come by between 8 am and 6 pm on the agreed-upon day to pick up the return.
