Tasting note
Wonderful aromas of black cherries and spices. On the palate, notes of dark fruit and rum pot, plus a subtle fruit sweetness. A well-balanced and fine Nero d'Avola.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with frequent pumping. Tapping off after 10-12 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel tanks and matures in the bottle for a further 6 months.
