Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny and fertile landscape of Sardinia. Tasting note
Fragrant and aromatic on the nose, yellow fruits, rose petals, lychees, elderberry and nutmeg; pleasant on the palate, very fruity but without losing its freshness, again lots of aromatic notes and a slightly fruit-sweet finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, shellfish such as lobster and even scampi, Asian cuisine, but not too spicy and sophisticated.

Gentle pressing, fermentation at 16° C in steel tanks
