“Summa summarum” is Latin and literally means “the sum of the sums.” A Negroamaro that invites you to philosophize about the very big topics in life. What conclusion do you draw?
Tasting note
Bordeaux red color in the glass. Nice aromas of blackberries, licorice and dates. A lot of melting, extremely soft, with well-integrated tannins. Spicy components such as cinnamon, cloves, orange peel on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at slightly chilled 15°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2019. Flaschenpost team tip: Goes perfectly with pasta Bolognese, venison goulash and dumplings.
