Tasting note

Nice light yellow color. On the nose, delicate fruity aromas that vary from slightly citric to some hay. On the palate, with a lively, fresh taste, as well as a good acid balance, tasty wine style.

Culinary recommendation

Goes well with aperitif, fish, meat, cheese.

Vinification

The grapes grow in the Apulia region. The harvest takes place in mid-September. Ageing in steel tanks.
