Tasting note
Dark red, almost black color with aromas of currants, black cherries and leather. In addition, roasted aromas and a little tobacco.
Culinary recommendation
Matches barbecue lamb.
Vinification
100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) from vines that are over 50 years old. The wine is aged for 10 months in 70% French and 30% American oak barrels.
