Tasting note
Distinctive pomegranate pink color. A very elegant bouquet with notes of fruits such as iron cherry, strawberry, raspberry and pink grapefruit against a delicate floral background of dog rose and red geranium against a balsamic background. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy and fruity and is characterized by a long, fresh stream of acid, which is reinforced by a graceful spicy vein.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif, but also with grilled meat, spicy pasta dishes and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected. During alcoholic fermentation, the grapes are also crushed on the skins. This is followed by maceration to ensure the correct development of fermentation and the extraction of organic compounds from the skins, which are fundamental both for the aromatic profile of the wines and for their refinement.
