Cabernet Sauvignon: Complex, bouquet with aromas of dark berries, cassis and cocoa, spicy with fine notes of roasted red pepper, tobacco and a subtle eucalyptus touch. Complex body with lots of depth, gripping tannins and a long finish. Cabernet franc: The nose shows aromas of plum fruit, red and blue berries and a touch of orange peel and dried cranberries. Spicy with fine herbal notes and some cedarwood. On the palate, with a distinct extract of sweetness, gripping tannin and a subtle chocolaty finish. Zweigelt: With sour cherry fruit and dark berry notes, fine chocolate note. Very elegant on the palate, well-structured, intense cherry fruit and delicate blackberry notes, fine sweetness extract, well-integrated tannins, finely spicy finish, long aftertaste. Cuvée X: Strong, spicy nose with aromas of dark berries, latwerge, dark chocolate and fine tobacco roasted notes. On the palate, full-bodied, demanding, with lots of pressure and a distinct but well-integrated tannin structure.
