Grape variety: 100% Vijariego Negro Vinification: After maceration at 0ºC and fermentation at 25ºC, a 6-month maturation process takes place in French barriques. Oenological parameters: 14% vol, G.S.=5.8 gr H T/I, PH=3.6, Rz.ed. 2 gr/l Number of bottles: 10,000 Tasting notes: Garnet red with elegant notes of violets, red and black berries and dark chocolate. A hint of vanilla rounds off the full-bodied wine. Our tip: Serve at 15 degrees. The wine is served with tapas, grilled meats and game dishes.
