About the wine
The two Masters of Wine, Sam Harrop and Andreas Kubach, are taking a new approach. “Authentic wines reflect their origins. They are the result of local farming conditions and culture.” Harrop and Kubach take a holistic, non-dogmatic approach to viticulture and winemaking. Sustainability plays a central role in this.

Tasting note
Color: A clear, dense straw yellow with green reflections. Aromatics: A complex aroma composition sets the mood for enjoying the wine. Ripe fruity aromas of apricot, ripe apple and citrus notes are completed with brioch, slightly toasted notes and leather. Body: A long start sets the mood for a strong body. In dry wine, the acidity and tannins are wonderfully integrated. In the mouth, in particular, the citric notes that were already felt in the nose are repeated. These combine with salty notes. The mouthfeel is creamy and the aging aromas come into their own. The aftertaste is long-lasting. Quality: Very exciting and harmonious wine that combines a complex aroma on the nose with a creamy mouthfeel.

Goes well with an aperitif, sushi or seafood and white meats.
