Sparkling pale yellow Fruity, with a touch of almond aromas. The impressive, mineral aromas give him body and a strong personality. Beautiful structure, full-bodied, harmonious and elegant. A pleasantly long-lasting, racy finish.
It goes well with aperitif, crustaceans, asparagus, sauerkraut, curry or truffle dishes, mountain cheese and Vacherin from the Vallée de Joux.
