Expressive aromas of juicy pears and apricots are underlined with the delicate brioche notes of the long maturation in the bottle. Extremely versatile, complex and at the same time uncomplicated, impulsive and refreshing!
Goes well with smoked salmon toast, sautéed king prawns with cilantro and 18-month aged Beaufort.
