Your wine is defective or has gone bad? Never fear, we'll be happy to take it back. Simply report the defective bottle(s) within two (2) years of their date of purchase and we'll issue you a refund. Depending on the quantity and the wine, we reserve the right to inspect the defective products first. The bottle(s) should be at least two-thirds full. Once our customer service has inspected the wine, we'll send you a voucher in the value of the returned items. You're free to use this voucher when placing your next order. The voucher is valid for an unlimited period of time. You prefer an exchange? In such a case, we'll have to create a new order. Please note that if your order is less than CHF 99, we'll charge CHF 9.90 for shipping.
Yes, the wines from our 24-hour collection are available for tasting (and purchase) at our Warehouse Store. The store is located at Riedwiesenstrasse 23, 8305 Dietlikon, Switzerland. It is open every Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Stop by for some free tips in a relaxed setting.
A wine doesn't meet your expectations? No problem, we'll be happy to pick up the sealed bottle(s) at our own expense.
