The grapes for this varietal Chardonnay come from the plots “Les Prés”, a 1st cru location in Vrigny and “Les Vignes Dieu”, a southern location in Coulommes, from whose names the name also results. Aged in used, so-called “demi-muids”, 500-liter wooden barrels. Wonderful, clear nose pattern with aromas of various citrus fruits, vineyard peach, yellow plums and delicate notes of white flowers, clearly underlined by mineral-spicy chalk tones. On the palate with finesse, almost dance-like elegance and harmony, great, gripping freshness and a finely salty touch of flint on the finish. ONLY 2022 BOTTLES PRODUCED!!
