About the wine
If you're looking for something special, don't miss out on this powerful Cabernet Franc 2014 — CMD Stellenbosch. Beautiful and fertile landscapes in the coastal region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the South African winery Dornier conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Cabernet Franc can be served very well with game or meatballs with tomato sauce.
Tasting note
Dark concentrated berry aromas and roasted aromas. On the palate, juicy plums, black cherries and fine minerality. Dense wine with a long finish.

Vinification
The grapes for this wine are harvested by hand from the best rows of grapes and then selected again. Each variety matures separately in French barriques for 18 months. Then aged in the bottle for two years.
