About the wine
With the delicious Pouilly-Fuisse ac Vieilles Vignes from 2015, you will positively surprise your friends. The gravelly, loamy soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Domaine de la Chapelle des Bois everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs.

Tasting note
This typical pouilly shows aromas of ripe citrus fruit, gooseberries, white flowers and a subtle smoky note on the nose. Mineral and harmonious on the palate with aromas of green apple, peach, flint and spicy nuances.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, freshwater fish and poultry.
Vinification
100% Chardonnay from 3.8 hectares. Harvested by experienced harvesters. Fermentation at controlled temperature using our own yeast. At least twelve months in large barrels on the lees with regular bâtonnage.
