About the wine

Tasting note
Brilliant, bright straw yellow animated by its fine perlage. Very aromatic on the nose with aromas of apple and pear. The palate is accompanied by a hint of lemon and floral aromas. Very soft and well balanced finish

Vinification
The Glera grapes come from the hilly vineyards northeast of the town of Conegliano. The harvest takes place in the first half of September. After gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the carbonic acid is developed under strict temperature control. In contrast to Prosecco DOCG Brut, Prosecco DOC Extra Dry adds a little more sugar, which gives it a more fruity character.
