About the wine
The birth of a myth The sunny Valais, the Rhône, the mountains covered by eternal snow. A terraced vineyard shaped by history. A unique variety of terroir. The certainty and know-how to develop very expressive wines. The exceptional sun exposure of the Valais vineyards, which are up to 800 meters high, allows about 50 different grape varieties to ripen. Pressing large red wines can only escape tradition to a limited extent and ELECTUS makes no detour from this rule.

Tasting note
A blend of the autochthonous Valais grape variety Petite Arvine and the variety called Heida or Païen here, which is known in the French Jura as Savagnin and in Alsace as Traminer. The dry white wine created in this way captivates with its elegance, a light yellow robe with green reflections, aromas of lemon, grapefruit and roses, as well as with its lively, refreshing as a cool breeze in the mountains.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Eclat Assemblage blanc VS AOC goes perfectly with fried chicken, rice dishes and Riz Casimir. Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at slightly chilled 10°-12°C.
