About the wine

The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Valdaya masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque and beautiful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). You will certainly have a lot of fun with the fine Valdaya Mirum Tinto Cosecha, which was produced in 2015.

Tasting note
Impenetrable purple. On the nose, a pronounced mineral note as well as aromas of peppery, black berries and aromatic herbs. Compact on the palate, with enormous concentration and an acid and tannin structure, which promises excellent shelf life. The full-bodied and intense finish is of exceptional length.

Venison, beef, poultry
Vinification
Vinified in wooden barrels, then aged for 15 months in French 90% and Hungarian barriques 10%. Only 2400 bottles were bottled.
