Cabernet Franc
Dark ruby red color. Broad and intense with notes of red fruits, licorice and undergrowth. The spice is expressed with black pepper and red fruits with a hint of currants. In the finish, licorice supports a balsamic note.
Flaschenpost team recommends this Cabernet Franc to accompany game, meatballs with tomato sauce and goat cheese. Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the organic red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C.
Careful hand picking. 40 days of maceration on the skins. Ageing in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels.
