Sein tiefes Rubinrot ist das i-Tüpfelchen bei jedem besonderen Anlass. Ihre Gäste werden es Ihnen bestätigen. Die fruchtigen Aromen des Château Pictet-Lullin Galotta/Garanoir Séléné Grand Cru von roter Johannisbeere und Pfeffer drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz besonderen Struktur aus. Als Nächstes zeigen die zarten Nuancen von Veilchen, Nelken und Brombeere ihren eigenen Charakter. Ein Rotwein mit mittelkräftigem Körper und frischer Säure, welcher harmonisch mit fein ausgebauten Tanninen auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine vielschichtige Struktur entfaltet.
Goes well with ham, terrines, poultry liver, grilled meats, mushroom dishes, risotto with truffle, tuna with herbs, T-bone steak, chicken breast with lentils, lamb curry, veal kidneys, ravioli with meat filling, venison backs, fried chicken with mushrooms and mildly spicy cheeses such as Comté, Emmental, Gruyté ere, Tilsit, Tomme de Savoy and Gouda.
For the SÉLÉNÉ cuvée, the grape varieties Galotta and Garanoir are selected from the best individual vineyards of the estate. The amount harvested is very limited. The unique quality of the grape estate results from the consistently implemented, sustainable management. For each plot, the grapes are picked by hand to the exact date, according to the optimal degree of ripeness, sorted out and brought to the cellar in small containers. A second sorting is carried out there. After fermentation for about three weeks, the wine is aged on the fine yeast in barriques for 12 months.
